Toothless, old and sick, poor Mitha lives in the cold!

1. She has a severe calicivirus!

Mitha is a 16-year-old cat, suffering from a severe calicivirus. Her gums are inflamed, causing excessive drooling and loose teeth... Eating kibble has become impossible for her! She also struggles with grooming: her fur is all matted.

2. She has nowhere safe to shelter...

Sadly, Mitha lives outdoors in the countryside, on agricultural lands. There, she doesn’t have an adequate shelter: the styrofoam boxes we set up are leaking…

3. She needs a proper shelter to be protected from the elements

A waterproof shelter would be a positive change in Mitha's life. She could retreat there, away from the wind and rain, to get better sleep.

This would make her stronger and more resilient to the harsh conditions she faces daily.

4. Our resources are limited!

With winter, many of our protected animals fell ill. The cost of their treatment was high, leaving us without sufficient funds to buy the specialised food, blankets, and shelters they need!
